To ensure lasting customer satisfaction, NuVista Homes will provide you with a one-year builder warranty period. In addition, there is one-year workmanship and materials, two-year delivery systems, seven-year building envelope, and ten-year structural integrity through the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.
1. Approximately two months after possession, you will receive a letter requesting any concerns or deficiencies you may have found with your new home. Once we receive this information, a NuVista Homes service technician will contact you to schedule a service appointment.
2. These service and warranty appointments will occur at the 2-month, 7-month, and 12-month marks.
3. A final service meeting will be held one year from the date of possession to address any final service concerns. We will complete the final roof inspection and drywall inspection. We’ll ensure any outstanding issues are rectified and approved.
