HOME WARRANTY
GIVING YOU PEACE OF MIND
To ensure lasting customer satisfaction, NuVista Homes will provide you with a one-year builder warranty period. In addition, there is one-year workmanship and materials, two-year delivery systems, seven-year building envelope, and ten-year structural integrity through the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.
1. Approximately two months after possession, you will receive a letter requesting any concerns or deficiencies you may have found with your new home. Once we receive this information, a NuVista Homes representative will contact you to schedule a service appointment.
2. These service and warranty appointments will occur at the 2-month, 5-month, and 12-month marks.
3. A final service meeting will be held one year from the date of possession to address any final service concerns. We will complete a final drywall inspection. We’ll ensure any outstanding issues are rectified and approved.
