Warranty Coordinator

The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for planning and scheduling homeowner reviews and providing excellent customer service with homeowners on a daily basis. This requires a great deal of organization and coordination within a team environment. The Warranty Coordinator is also responsible for the preparation of all field paperwork and calendars on a weekly basis, as well as reporting to a weekly warranty department meeting.

The ideal team member must be well organized, able to multi-task and able to respond and resolve issues in a professional, prompt and timely manner. As our customers prefer a variety of communication methods the chosen candidate must be comfortable communicating personally in office or via phone and email.

Residential Construction experience is an asset.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • As a Customer Service Representative, creating a great customer experience through professionalism, courtesy and respect is the most important task of this position.
  • Build rapport with clients, establish trust through fair dealing and ethical conduct
  • Practice active listening when speaking with homeowners regarding their concerns
  • Attend to homeowner concerns and address promptly
  • Manage warranty activities throughout life cycle, including scheduling and tracking
  • Provide warranty and homeowner maintenance information to clients
  • Contact homeowners to schedule warranty appointments
  • Manage the Warranty Technician’s schedules, prepare paperwork for Technician’s appointments and process paperwork after appointments
  • Create work orders and communicate with trades and suppliers to ensure work order completion.
